Delivery & Payment Info

1. Orders are either self-collection or by post only.


For Singpost normal mail, a flat rate of S$0.50 per delivery, additional S$2.50 for registered mail. Please be reminded that I will not responsible for items damaged or lost in the normal mail.

Free normal postage if order is more than S$20.00 and if order is more than S$30.00,  free registered mail will be provided.

2. Waiting Time

The estimated waiting time for me to handmade the hair clips is approximately 5days(depending on the quantity and first come first serve basis ) and between 1-3 working days for Singpost mail. I will try my best to deliver my hair clips to you as soon as possible.:)

3. Payment 


I will acknowledge your order as soon as possible. Please remember to provide your name, delivery and contact details correctly so that I can be in touch with you for any clarification.

Mode of payment: Bank transfer

Please transfer the amount ( including postage) to my POSB Saving account 118-55761-1 and email me the following:
                   a. Your name reflected on the bank payment
                   b. Amount transferred
                   c. Bank transaction reference

Once receipt of payment, I will process your order and mail it out to you once it is ready. I will write a return address behind the mail and will also email you the date that I send them out so that you can keep a lookout.
