All hair clips are handmade and hence there might be slight variations. Colour of the actual product may differ due to lighting of camera and different computer settings.
No refund or cancellation after payment is made unless material of hair clip out of stock. If this is the case, full refund will be made or replaced with other items after your consent.
Exchange of design of hair clips will be allowed if I am not in the midst of making it.
